DVD’s that should be converted to Blu-ray

Having heard recently that Star Wars is due to be released on Blu-ray, it got us thinking – what films both past and present deserve their place on the ultra-crisp Blu-ray format.

We put the question out to our twitter and facebook followers and together, we complied a list of films we’d like to see released on Blu-ray.

If you can think of any that aren’t on the list, please comment and we’ll be sure to add them!

  • Jurassic Park
  • Raging Bull
  • The Usual Suspects
  • Reservoir Dogs
  • Laurence of Arabia
  • The Iron Giant
  • Indiana Jones Trilogy
  • E.T
  • LEON
  • The Goonies
  • The Road Warrior
  • Pulp Fiction
  • The Truman Show
  • Apocalypse Now
  • Jaws
  • From Dusk Till Dawn
  • The Thing
  • Twelve Monkeys
  • Delicatessen
  • The Life Aquatic
  • Citizen Kane
  • Taxi Driver
  • Dracula (1958)
  • Who Framed Roger Rabbit
  • The Lion King

  1. How about Gone With the Wind, Casablanca and Amores Perros!
Surely they are all time favourites!
